Avocado is so good we’d eat it instead of bread! In fact we’re using it as a bun in this recipe, to fill with a million ideas.
- Pulled Salmon
- Sesame seeds
- BBQ sauce
After bringing the avocado halves at room temperature, stuff with Pulled salmon and pickles, add fresh sprouts and, for a more decisive taste, a few drops of BBQ sauce. Eventually, a sprinkle of sesame seeds to guarnish.
