FINE FOOD GROUP SpA Code of Ethics is the main reference system for promotion, spread and managment of work ethic and bussiness inside the company.
(hereinafter in the text Fine Food Group SpA is briefly referred as FFG or Company)
The Code of Ethics expresses the ethical commitments and responsabilities undertaken by FFG cooperators in managing bussiness activities, whether they are directors or employees in anysense.
The company hopes for spontaneous compliance, sharing and spread of such principles – as has happened up to now – and requires the compliance and application of the present Code by each individual who works forFFG, or comes into conctact with it, preventing the application of disciplinary and contractualy measures for any reported violation.
Therefore, the present Code, is a founding component of the organisational model and control system within the Company, in convinction that ethic is the basis for a successful bussiness activity.
The definition for a Code of Ethics is based on a previous analysis of the values in the company which inspire FFG’s men and women in their daily working activity: the so called founding values. These values come from a basic principle, expression of the corporate identity: to produce and grow with respect for the man, a principle that promotes comprehension and harmony between individuals, technology and nature.
In pursuit of its mission, FFG is willing to develop a relationship of trust with every stakeholder, that is the individuals, the groups and the institutions that are essential for the pursuit of the mission statement. It may also include those who are as well involved or that have a legitimate interest in the resulting outcome.
FFG stakeholders: partners, personnel, clients, suppliers, the State, PA and public authorities of local and national control.
