Fine Food Group has decided to wish a happy new year to its “followers” by financing for the second time the construction of a well in Burkina Faso.
The idea comes from knowing the non-profit organization12 Scatti (www.12scatti.org), that for many years has been working to bring potable water to villages of Burkina Faso. It is an action of primary importance that can originate – as a cascade effect, seems appropriate to say – many benefits for the community, that can begin to think about the steps following its mere survival. These benefits are mainly for the children of Burkina Faso, because water, that for us is so easy to get that, unfortunately, sometimes we waste it, for them represents the image of the future.
We decided to work with 12 Scatti because they have a good way of doing things, concrete and joyous, that is based on the founder’s passion for underwater photography. For us it is possible to raise significant money, that will allow to build new wells, by selling the beautiful calendar of the marine fauna. There are many companies like us that give a significant contribution to speed up the process and make potable water available.
Currently the 12 Scatti association has built 126 wells and two of them carry proudly our plate: Fine Water!
